1. All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

2. Confirmation of orders would be done via email.

3. Payment is to be made within 24 hours after ordering. Sunnanz reserves the right to cancel your order if payment is not received.

4. No cancellation of orders after payment is made.

5. Sunnanz will mail out the items within the next 2 working days upon receiving payment. Please allow 2-5 working days for your items to arrive.

7. Sunnanz will not be held accountable or responsible for items lost through mail. We recommend registered mail for delivery of items. *Currently we have switched to doorstep courier delivery service.

8. Sunnanz will not be responsible for problems resulting from the use of the facial masks. If skin irritation occurs, consult a doctor immediately.

10. Exchanges are on a case to case basis whereby the product is still in its original condition and the meetup location is strictly at our office in Pasir Ris.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

5. Your items will arrive in approximately 3-4 weeks after orders are processed.

6. FULL REFUNDS will be given if your items are out of stock.

7. Sunnanz will not be held responsible for any defects or mistakes made by manufacturer.

8. For Malaysia Customers, postage will be advised once the items have arrived in Singapore.
