Q.	Can anyone rent a bag?
	Sunnanz bag rental service is only available to Singapore Citizens aged 21 and above. Delivery of the bag is to your address stated on your NRIC. Upon collection of the bag, we will need to take a photocopy of your NRIC with the rental agreement form.
Q.	Are your designer bags original?
	We are experts at identifying original and imitation CHANEL bags. Sunnanz luxury bag rental only carries authentic CHANEL bags. We would never rent you a fake bag to attend that important gathering / dinner & dance / etc. Proof of authenticy can be checked with us at anytime.
Q.	Are the bags new or used?
	The first time we purchase the bags, they are new. After it has been placed for rental, you may or may not receive a new bag. We check each bag for the quality and maintain them with care. If the bag is not up to standard, we would not rent it out.
Q.	Delivery / Hidden costs ?
	Delivery is free! We will deliver the bag to the place of your choice. Our delivery person will take a photocopy of your NRIC with the rental agreement form before handing over the bag to you.
Q.	When does rental start and end?
	Rental starts the moment you receive the bag. You will need to return the bag anytime before your rental time is over. We will remind you 2 days before due date.
Q.	When can I receive the bag?
	Delivery time ranges from 4 hours to 2 working days. Do make your orders early to avoid waiting!
Q.	How do I return the bag?
	Before the due date, we will SMS/call you to arrange a timing convenient for us to pick up the bag from you.
Q.	What if I lose the bag or damage or dirty it?
	Call us immediately. 1. Lost bag You will be charged a replacement fee which will be made known to you before you rent the bag. You will need to make a police report immediately. 2. Damaged bag You will be charged the repair fee + 10% service fee for restoring the bag to the original condition. If the bag cannot be restored, you will be charged the replacement fee which will be made known to you before you rent the bag.
